PAYMENT INFORMATION

Once your booking form has been received PDEM staff will contact you to confirm your booking.

Your selected payment option will then be required to:

1. make the initial holding deposit payment of 50% of the total amount. This is refundable for 7 days so you can again contact us confirming your flight arrangements.

2. make balance payment within 7 days, once you have confirmed your flights. This will then secure your reservation for the Solar Eclipse package.

If you have already confirmed your flight arrangements you can pay in full immediately to secure your reservation.

* Requested accommodation will be honoured if available at the time of booking.

REMINDER: With the current demand, packages are not secured until total monies are paid. Where final payments are not made by 7 days after the initial deposit, monies will be returned and the booking hold removed.
