Selecting your 2012 Solar Eclipse Package

Deciding on the best Total Solar Eclipse Festival package for you is a 5 step process.

1. Choose from the 3 amazing destinations: Port Douglas, Palm Cove or Cairns.
   
   
2. Choose how long you want to stay: 3 nights, 5 nights, 7 nights or 9 nights.
   
   
3. Complete the booking form nominating the Package Code. You will be contacted to pay your refundable initial holding deposit.
   
   
4. Confirm your flights and advise PDEM by email of your flight details.
   
   
5. Pay the balance of your package when PDEM contacts you.

• Airport transfers
• Accommodation as outlined in the package purchased
• All tours outlined in that package
• All transfers and touring by private chartered coach with experienced driver / guide
• Airport arrival and departure assistance
• Meals and beverages only as indicated by event functions or special dinners
• Entrance fees at all attractions and tours
• Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) @ 10%
• Coach transfers to / from solar eclipse site

Total Solar Eclipse Packages do not include:

• Passport or visa fees
• Meals and beverages not specified
• Room use outside of normal check-in / check-out times
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Optional tours
• Tips and gratuities
• Personal expenses and anything else not included in the package outline features list

PAYMENT SCHEDULE (per person):

• On booking - A 50% of package price to be paid as an initial holding deposit. This is refundable until flight arrangements have been confirmed.
  
• Within 7 days of this payment the balance of package price is to be paid to confirm the reservation.

CANCELLATION FEES (per person):

• Prior to confirmation of flight arrangements - $100 administration fee
• After flights have been confirmed - 100% of package price. See Terms and Conditions
